The line graph shows the percentage of people who used five different communication methods between 1998 and 2008.Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The line chart shows how【名詞和名詞性從句的替換】the percentage of different communication methods changed during the decade from the year 1998.Overall, the fgure for cellular phone service increased dramaticaly, while all other methods experienced slight changes with no more than 10 percentage points【注意區分百分比和百分點的差別】.
In the first four years【按照時間分段，使得文章更加清晰】，the percentages of all methods wee all below 20%，during which time 【定語從句的使用】broadband(both fixed and mobile)had yet to be put into use.
