Growing children need to have interesting new experiences to stimulate their imagination and mental development. Since children often find classroom teaching boring, schools should help children have exciting new experiences in other ways, for example:
- Offer children field trips to cultural events (art shows, museum exhibitions) or natural locations(parks, nature reserves)
- Help children read interesting books outside the classroom by giving them a certain amount of money to buy books they like.
Which of these two ways do you think is better to provide children with exciting new experiences that stimulate their minds? Why?

Task 2
閱讀：學校要要叫一些演員來上戲劇課，可以吸引更多的人來學習這個專業，并且演員本身有很多寶貴的經驗可以交給學生。

聽力：不同意
第一：學生會去上這個演員的課，但不會轉專業，或者去學這個專業，因為選擇專業需要真正的興趣；
第二：教書和表演是不一樣的，演員可能沒什么教學經驗；此外，他的背景知識不如其他教授，所以演員不一定能上好課。

Task 3
人們會把可能發生的最壞的情況提前想到，然后做一些應對措施。
聽力例子是教授和朋友需要飛去紐約開會，但是他們的行李在去紐約的路上被機場放到了別的地方。朋友因為提前準備了一些重要的paper以及一些行李和衣服，所以并不著急，但教授沒有準備，所以需要臨時去買衣服，再去打印paper。

Task 4
動物適應寒冷環境的特征（adaptation to cold environments）:
1. hare（雪兔）為了防止在雪中陷下去，腳趾很特別；
2. moose會改變自己的行為，他們通常是獨立生存的動物，但遇到大雪時會一起行動，后面的moose會沿著第一只moose踩過的路走。
